The selection of eye wear you receive is processed based on the doctors recommended prescription.

A Guaranty is provided by the manufacture of the hardware, replacements are based on product defects only.
​
Eye glasses are considered a customized product and all sales are final.
​
Adjustments to product can be made at additional cost or in compliance of regulations; which are related to a prescription adjustment with -in 45 days of purchased date.

Martin's Fine Eyewear is available to facilitate your needs to the best of our ability and utilize resources available that are in compliance to the regulations set forth.
